Hello reader!
I'm creating this blog to primarily record my weekends away from home. I
work Monday to Friday at my first big girl job in the city, and after living
the student life for three years and working in part time and full time retail
and hospitality jobs, having two guaranteed days off a week and +48 hours to
make plans and visit places feels like a privilege!
As soon as work is out on Friday I’m off to the train
station or busy preparing for the weekend ahead. So I thought I’d share my
adventures in a blog – I visit so many different places on a weekly basis and
thought it would be good to share with the World Wide Web.
…I’m still unsure on the name choice, so it could be subject
to change. But, for now welcome to 'Once Upon a Weekend'...
